Always book Direct with the Owner. There is no Service charge to pay. Our Tariff is all inclusive of:
Pool Heating. WIFI, Linen & Towels, AC, Utilities and Cleaning. The Villas are cleaned every week. Mid stay cleans when staying 11 nights or more.
AirBNB will charge you 16% on top of the Owner's Tariff, and VRBO will charge 12% on top.
Peace of mind to cover your travel arrangements can be obtained easily online, to cover last minute cancellations, whatever the reason. Approximate cost of this is £25 per £1,000 value of your total holiday cost. Google online for Insurance companie offering these policies.

Madeira Winter climate. Even in December & January, the temperature can regularly be 18c - 23c. Calheta is the most popular area for Tourism and Faja da Ovelha facing South & West offers glorious sunsets. Most Northern European Guests will be comfortable in shirt sleeves and shorts. In the evening a light jacket may be required if sitting outside.
The Heated swimming pools are in direct sunshine all day. Each property has energy efficient Aircon / Heating in each room. Our personal experience is that heating even in Winter is rarely required.

Terms & Conditions
Couples, Families or Walkers groups only. No parties.
Tariff is for 2 - 6 people, unless otherwise stated. Additional tariff for extra persons.
Reservation must be made through the Owners website.
Debit or Credit card details must be provided to secure the booking. These are submitted by a Secure payment portal "Sage".
25% deposit at time of booking. The balance will be charged 30 days before arrival.
Free cancellation up until 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days of arrival Payments are non-refundable.
Minimum 7 night booking. Long stay reservations are welcome.
Most bookings usually run from Saturday to Saturday. Check calendar for availability.
