Payment

When booking direct with ourselves, various payment options are available

1. BACS - request to the Owner, to make payment by BACS.
                 The Bank ac details will permit for either Euro or GB Sterling transfer

2. MONEY TRANSFER AGENCY 
                 - we have a Euros ac, with minimum handling fee, for easy transfers

2. PAYPAL - using our contact email address:  bill@theblueoceanvillas.com
                    You can transfer funds from your Paypal ac, in either Euro or GB Sterlng
                     But you will have to pay the Paypal fee in addition.

3. CREDIT CARD - booking through our online system, will permit you to enter your
                     Debit or Credit card details securely.
                     Payment will then be processed in £ gbp.
                     25% deposit at time of booking.
                     Balance due 30 days before arrival. 
                     Free cancellation, until 30 days before arrival, of midnight of your day of arrival,.
                     
Any Bank charges for transfer of money, or exchange of currency, are the responsinbility of the Guest.
The complete tariff as quoted, is required as payment for the contract to be complete.

Peace of Mind - Our Tourist Licence numbers (AL) are listed on the front page of our website. 
                     These can be verified at https://registos.turismodeportugal.pt/HomePage.aspx
                     We also advertise on Homeaway / VRBO, and AirBNB. So you may see independent reviews.
                     NB there is no service fee if you book with us direct, saving up to 20% in service charges
