Lounge, Dining, Kitchen

The Ground floor is a spacious and light area, with tall ceilings. Three double doors to the front, offer Sea views. Another three double doors to the rear, lead to a courtyard that is in shade during the heat of the afternoon.
Leading from the entrance hall, one enters the Lounge with three triple sofas arranged around the 50" TV.
Free WIFI is inclusive in the Tariff. A DVD player is also provided.
An open plan arrangement continues the other side of a Central Pillar, into the Dining area and Fitted Kitchen.

Seating for eight is available around the Dining table. 
The range of kitchen units provides for ample storage space. All appliances are electric, and include:
90cm Oven and Stovetop, with Extractor chimney above. Fridge / Freezer with Ice making facility. Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle.
An Espresso Coffee Machine, provides that extra facility to customize one's favourite drink of the day.
Also in this area, is a Washing machine / Tumble Dryer combi.
Outside, a Hot Tank with ECO heater, is fitted with a pump, to guarantee excellent water pressure.

The sea facing Lounge doors, lead direct onto a covered, arched Verandah, in the traditional Madeiran style. This gives direct access to the Pool area. Tiled with a classic design, this area provides for sun bathing or external dining. The Ocean view is magnificent.
