OPEN PLAN living area with a fully fitted Kitchen including all appliances. These include an Espresso machine and a generous variety of kitchen utensils. The Sea view Lounge is complimented by a 42" TV and DVD player. Internet speed of Mpbs 500/100. Adjacent is the shared Family bathroom with spacious shower, toilet and wash basin, inclusing a Power shower and opening window.
UPSTAIRS two bedrooms offer comfort for up to 4 people. Custom made beds to our personal design, fitted with quality mattresses and Hotel quality linens and Towels, guarantee a comfortable night's sleep. Bedroom 2 has a very large wardrobe so that you may enjoy your holiday clutter free. The latest Air conditioning Heat Pumps offer eco efficient Cooling or Heat to suit the season. The USB ports next to each bed allow convenience for everybody's gadgets.
The Master bedroom offers an en suite with spacious power shower and opening window. A second Family bathroom is located downstairs. Hot Water is provided by an Eco Tank, again using the latest Air Heat Pump technology. Most electric is provided by the Islands Wind farms located on the plateau.
The TERRACE and Garden will be a delight for our Guests, and offer additional facilities to enjoy. A large Granite table is provided for Al fresco dining, and a BBQ adjacent. Multi functional chairs that can be moved around as required. Sunbeds are provided for Guests to enjoy the sub Tropical climate, with generous sunshine and year round average daytime temperatures of 20c - 35c. When a Guest wishes to retreat from the Heat, the fitted shutters allow traditional control of sun, heat and airflow. The Pool measures 4m x 3m.
